Open a bag in your kitchen and wait for the sweet and floral fragrance to jump out. In the cup it's simply bursting with jasmine and bergamot notes, transitioning to a dark sugar sweetness and syrupy mouthfeel. A real classic, and a tribute to the roughly 750 smallholder farmers who bring their coffee to the Halu Beriti washing station in southern Ethiopia.
