We handle returns on a case by case basis to resolve and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and/or services.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can't accept returns.
If you believe that you have received goods that are damaged, faulty or not as described please reach out to email@example.com with a description of your issue and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Where you exercise your right to cancel your order we will provide a refund with 30 days of the order cancellation. However, once an order has been dispatched it is no longer possible to cancel an order.
