This certified organic espresso is sweet and balanced with notes of praline, lemongrass and toffee.
It displays a great balance between sweetness and acidity. Carrow has roasted it for espresso but it will also produce a rich and intense filter coffee. The beans are grown by organic farmers surrounding the town of La Unión in southern Colombia, a high-altitude and strikingly beautiful area that we were fortunate enough to visit a few years ago.
